STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Layering and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly. Store in a cool, dry place.

The storage period is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

Due to its high incompatibility with resins, the effect of this product on the transparency of the varnish system and on shrinkage must be evaluated.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Features and Benefits:
Anjeka-5300A exhibits strong defoaming and deaerating performance, with no adverse effect on intercoat adhesion during recoating. It improves film flow and leveling, effectively eliminating surface defects such as pinholes, craters, fisheyes, and silking. Additionally, it provides boil-popping resistance for bake-finish coatings.

APPLICATION SECTORS

Recommended for: industrial coatings, automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings.

APPLICATIONS: Protective coatings, coil/can hearing coatings.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

0.3-1.5% The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the total formulation.

The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS

For optimum performance, defoamers should be added to the grinding media prior to grinding. If added at a later stage, the shear force must be high enough to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer.
