GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Used in a variety of solvent-based air-drying and baking paint systems. Particularly suitable for
dip coating operations, improve the bentonite anti-settling agent is insufficient.

STORAGE and TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a cool, ventilated place in tightly packed containers away from heat and
ignition sources. The container in which the product is stored should not be exposed to direct
heat radiation. Store the product between 0°C and 40°C (recovery to 25°C is required for use,
the product is soft and waxy at 0°C).
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

APPLICATION
Presents as a free-flowing slurry, compatible with high-speed dispersion equipment for easy handling and more effortless dispersion.
Delivers exceptional anti-settling performance with no notable impact on system viscosity.
Sustains stable viscosity throughout use; even minor sedimentation, if present, can be easily re-dispersed with stirring and will not form hard deposits at the bottom of storage tanks.
Requires no activation process, and its anti-settling efficacy remains unaffected by dispersion temperature variations.
Anti-settling performance is independent of solvent or resin polarity, ensuring consistent results across different formulations.
Exerts no significant influence on the coating film’s gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance and drying rate.
Fields of application:
Ideal for alkyd/amino stoving coatings, acrylic/amino stoving coatings, aluminum powder coatings, epoxy resins, vinyl resins, polyurethane coatings and solvent-based inks.
Eliminates the need for grinding and can be added as a post-treatment additive, making it particularly suited for pigments that are non-grindable. Typical applications include anti-settling for aluminum paste, pearlescent powder, matting powder and fluorescent pigments.
When applied with aluminum powder, it promotes the alignment and orientation of aluminum flakes, while boosting the overall gloss and luster of the finished coating.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
For the whole amount:1.0-5.0%. No need to grind, can be added at any stage, but need to be
stirred well.
The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of
tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
Anjeka-4330 should be added to the resin first and dispersed evenly at high speed before
adding other raw materials such as aluminum powder and solvents, etc., and mixing at a low
shear rate.
