GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ANJEKA-6200B is a wetting and dispersing agent designed for solvent-based automotive coatings, industrial coatings, and concentrated pigment pastes. It is particularly suitable for stabilizing ultrafine carbon black and organic pigments, especially in two-component polyurethane and baking systems. ANJEKA-6200 significantly reduces the viscosity of grinding materials.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Store in a cool and dry place. Layering or oiling may occur at temperatures below 0℃; heat to 20℃ and thoroughly mix. Storage beyond 12 months is not recommended.

ANJEKA-6200B controls pigment flocculation and maintains stability through steric hindrance. It imparts the same charge to pigment particles, creating repulsion and steric hindrance that effectively prevent potential flocculation. This ensures that multi-pigment systems do not exhibit color floating and blooming, resulting in enhanced gloss, color intensity, transparency, and coverage, while also reducing grinding viscosity.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, add the additive to the grinding media first, followed by the addition of pigments. Pre-mix the resin and solvent components of the grinding media, then slowly add the additive under continuous stirring. Do not add pigments until the additive is thoroughly mixed.
