GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-6881 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based, aqueous and UV inkjet inks, which can significantly reduce the viscosity of abrasive materials and improve storage stability.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Please stir well before use, delamination or turbidity may occur when the temperature is lower than 10℃, heat to 30℃-40℃ and stir well.

Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Enhanced Processing and Storage: The additive improves pigment wetting, significantly reduces paste viscosity, and eliminates thixotropy. This ensures long-term storage stability with no measurable viscosity drift.

Optimized Particle Characteristics: Its superior deflocculation capability produces inks with exceptionally fine pigment particles and a very narrow particle size distribution. This directly translates to shorter filtration times during production.

Superior Final Film Quality: The excellent steric stabilization provided by Anjeka-6881 enhances key appearance properties of the final film, including color strength, gloss, transparency, and reduced haze.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:

Organic pigments: 20%-60

Carbon Black: 30%-100

The above data are empirical, the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
