GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-7377 is a fluorine-modified polymer solution that effectively reduces surface tension, improves substrate wetting as well as coating flow and leveling, and prevents the formation of Bernard vortices.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Delamination or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Heat to 20°C and mix thoroughly.

Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

In exterior coatings, additives (which will accompany the outermost resin) are lost from the surface of the coating relatively quickly due to normal atmospheric aging processes, and in view of the above, the long-term effectiveness of the particular base system must be evaluated.

Anjeka-7377 improves the wetting and leveling of substrates in very small quantities. It has excellent compatibility with general purpose substrates, improves leveling and prevents shrinkage. At the same time, it has defoaming and gas release functions without affecting interlayer adhesion. Due to the cross-linking of the active groups with the paint film, it can effectively improve the smoothness of the paint film, solvent resistance, mar resistance and anti-adhesion.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

0.5% - 2% of additives (as supplied) based on total formulation.
